Volunteers’ efforts also received recognition at the ceremony with Sandie Belcher collecting an award for coaching and Debbie Harris, Joanne Williment, Louisa Caldwell, Lisa King and Ann Vater all receiving flowers for keeping us fed and watered throughout the season. Debbie Harris also collected The Vase award whilst Nancy Smyth was presented with The Endeavour Cup and Matt Harris was awarded the Colin Williams Cup.

Club President Ken Watkins commented that he had been proud to be asked to present the trophies this year and added that ‘It was a thoroughly enjoyable awards ceremony attended by children of all ages and cultures, with their parents looking on proudly. It is extremely pleasing to see Slough RFC Minis and Juniors section growing and improving year on year, thank you to everyone involved for their passion and hard work.’
