The latest England Rugby National Survey is now live and players of all ages as well as coaches, match officials, volunteers and supporters from across the game are being encouraged to complete it.

The survey will give the RFU a valuable insight into what motivates and drives different parts of the game across age groups, genders, playing and non-playing roles, and across all formats of the game.

All responses will be entered into a prize draw to win one of four £150 team cash prizes or one of five pairs of tickets to Barbarians vs Argentina at Twickenham Stadium.
