The National Youth Council (NYC) is a group of 16 – 24 year olds from across the country, involved in all aspects of the game, working directly with the wider Rugby Football Union to highlight the views of young people.
The NYC acts as a consultative body for the RFU at a national level. With up to 1million young people having access to rugby through schools and colleges, the RFU believes it is vital that young people impact the decision making process and have their say across England Rugby.
