This year we have 2 senior men's competitions, Elite and Social. Our referees are from the London Referee Society which have supported this event for many years and always provide a great service.

All teams will play a minimum of 4 games throughout the day, 5 if you proceed through to finals.
If you are a player Please ensure you arrive before 10am to ensure the day runs smoothly. Our first matches will begin around 10.30am and run until 5.30pm. Location details below.

On the day if any injuries occur we will have a medical team onsite with an ambulance if required. They will be based between the front two pitches, or please shout the guys at the tournament office who can assist you.

The Programme

On the day programmes will be available for all at no charge, which will highlight lots of information about the day, team information and of course location/timings of your matches.

The Day

For all teams & players, parking is free of charge, when you arrive just let them know which team you are part of and one of our volunteers will show you to where to park. Do consider arriving early as it can get hectic in the morning.

Camping is also free of charge, both on the day, and the night before. Feel free to set up anywhere around the pitches, although please avoid the front of the clubhouse and the access road between the 2 pitches. If you do, our facilities will be open to shower and of course, drink!

We have an outside catering van for this years tournament who will be around all day to keep you going!

The bar will be stationed in the main clubhouse, we do take card behind the bar but all other outlets on the day will be cash only.

You are more than welcome to bring your own food and drink, and of course set up your camp where you see fit.

There will be volunteers scattered around and a pitch manager at every pitch, if you need to ask any questions, or find out any information.

The Party

Once the rugby has finished the evening antics can begin! We will be hosting live music from 7pm with the Sparrowhawks, a local band from the London area, followed by music well into the night.
