Slough RFC Minis Festival information pack.

**** FAO all coaches attending the Slough Festival ****

Welcome to the Slough RFC Mini’s Festival 2017, we thank you for your cooperation and support.

Please make sure you arrive with plenty of time spare, we have over 600 children confirmed to play on the day so car park will become very busy very quickly.

To make entry quicker on the day please make sure you have the £5 ready and please make sure those who you have invited are aware of this.

Registration will be at 9am - this will be on the veranda outside the club house
Coaches and Ref meeting will be at 9.30am in the club house
First matches start at 10am

As normal please make sure that each team provides a referee.

We will aim to break for lunch around 12pm so all the children have a break and then the last games will be played after.

The Prize Draw will be done during the lunch break so we can hopefully meet our
winners in person this year.

There will be Food available at the inside Cafe and the outdoor BBQ with the Bar open for drinks and snacks - we have a great team in place to ensure that everyone is served as quickly as possibly.

There will be bouncy castles, tombola, slush puppies etc.

There is an amendment to the original festival information sheet I sent - we will not be scoring this year, EACH TEAM will receive a Trophy and EACH PLAYER will receive a certificate - it is the coaches responsibility to ensure they are collected at the end of the festival from the club house.
