Coach's Comment

Last season's fixture saw Slough take the spoils with a dominant scrum and some good link play.

Gosford play a structured game and are one of the few sides in the league who play all their games with a string squad, home or away.

We return to league action after last weeks break, after the high scoring draw away at Crowthorne. We will need to tighten our defence and certainly take our opportunities. Any lapses with be punished by our opponents.

Still unable to pick the likes of Rendall, Belson, Street, Kirk or Miles, means we are stretching our resources, however this week has seen 3-4 new faces show, taking our recruitment levels to double figures.

The squad are starting to play the type of game we have been training to deliver.
